The Avenue Sales Office is a gem - a shopfront tenancy transformed in just a few weeks, ready to welcome keen buyers before the end of 2025.

After 16 months of design meetings, revisions, and visualising every detail on screen, we finally step into the physical space weāve created. This is magic to me, something that was once only an idea in someoneās head is now reality, and a space where customers can come and learn about their dream home.
What makes this even more special? I havenāt seen the finished space yet either; Iām discovering it together with our client! I have rock-solid faith in the Divas and our suppliers, whoāve poured their hearts into this project.
