Det er stadig for tidligt at høste noget som helst i farvehaven, men du kan til gengæld godt nå at så farvegåseurt. Den er nem og stortrives i det danske klima. Du kan også bare sanke naturens vilde planter, når de meget snart er at finde derude.

It is still too early to harvest anything in the dye garden, but you still have time to sow dyer’s chamomile. It is easy to grow and thrives in the Danish climate. You can also simply forage for wild plants, which will be out there very soon.

Strømperne er bejdset (behandlet, så farven holder) og der medfølger et lille hæfte, der guider dig trin for trin. Jeg har selv tegnet, skrevet, foldet og klipset. Og så har jeg slet ikke nævnt timerne, jeg har brugt på at så, dyrke, høste og tørre blomsterne. Med andre ord; der er virkelig meget kærlighed i denne lille æske 💚

The socks are mordanted (treated so the colour lasts), and it comes with a little booklet that guides you step by step. I’ve drawn, written, folded, and stapled it all myself. And that’s not even mentioning the hours I’ve spent sowing, growing, harvesting, and drying the flowers. In other words, there is a whole lot of love in this little box 💚
