Our Secret Garden Supper Club was pure magic. Guest chef Lana Lagomarsini and chef Dito Mosqueda joined forces in the kitchen, playing with local ingredients and transforming them into bold, unexpected creations.
Each course celebrated the region while elevating it thoughtful flavors, perfect wine pairings, and a seamless flow from plate to glass.
Candlelight, an intimate table, and a night that unfolded beautifully under the garden sky.

When we opened Blue Apple in 2016, everyone thought we were crazy. We’d never operated a hotel, Tierra Bomba was Cartagena’s forgotten island.
But we had a quiet conviction that hospitality is about feeling. We focussed on creating connection - between our guests and the island, our team, our community.

Being multi talented isn't easy you know. Everyone thinks of us as a sunset place, when we're also wildly delicious for breakfast too. @ditomosqueda kills it in the kitchen @blueapplebeach but that doesn't mean he's cutting corners here. Home made chorizo, yuca hash browns, an egg white avo toast that would look at home in Vogue. This really is an elevated a.m. option, with a view.
This Saturday 21st February we open our garden for the first chef’s table of the year, with a very special guest.
Chef Lana Lagomarsini @lana_cooks joins Chef Pedro Mosqueda @ditomosqueda from NYC for an intimate chef’s table dinner, bringing a soulful, fine-dining approach to the Caribbean.
From Michelin-star kitchens in New York to open-fire cooking in Patagonia, Lana’s cuisine is rooted in seasonality, culture and flavour, always with a heartfelt nod to the African diaspora.
As always, the setting is our kitchen garden, the table is long and the guest list is limited.
