Birthday beat tape release! I've always wanted to drop a beat tape on my birthday and what better way to celebrate then releasing some new music, with that said I present to you Medusa's Revenge. 15 absolute bangers.
I've always been fascinated with Greek mythology and Baroque art especially from Italy. One artist in particular has been Caravaggio who was one of the most violent painters of all time. Constantly engaging in fights especially sword fights and being on the run for most of his adult Life.
This artwork depicts Medusa which was painted on a shield as a ceremonial gift to Fedinard I de' Medici the grand duke of Tuscany it symbolizes courage and protection to ward off evil spirits.
In the story of Medusa she was a beautiful mortal woman who was cursed by the Goddess Athena after being raped by Poseidon the God of the sea. She was transformed into a monstrous creature with snakes for hair and anyone brave enough to look her in the eye was turned to stone.

I had the pleasure of playing beats for a good cause last week for @neighborhoodwatchpresents and @the_unity_project_ at the @templebar_wc in West Covina along side friends and the legend @mcsupernatural shout out to the girls twerking and delaying my set for a few minutes ๐ and the random guy testing the mic, mic checking during my set and everyone who made it out even though it was pouring.
