On 8 March 2026, stand with our ReSisters, resisting imprisonment and occupation in Palestine! They are our compass and our lead. Today, at least 70 women are incarcerated in Damon colonial prison. Let us support them, keep them in our thoughts, and show our solidarity with them by organising events, bringing their pictures to our demonstrations and to our city walls, publishing their stories, and spreading their messages! Please find the updated resources in our linktree (link in bio) and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to collaborate on a letter writing. Freedom for all Palestinian prisoners!

Over the years, Palestinian women* prisoners have organized to defend their rights and carry out protests, giving birth to a structured movement. As part of the broader struggles of Palestinian prisoners, this movement has also developed more autonomously, tied to the specific conditions of women’s imprisonment. This 25 November, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, we want to highlight the resistance of our sisters* in zionist detention, and reiterate our unconditional support for their fight. Freedom for all Palestinian prisoners! Long live Palestine!

Layan Nasir ليان ناصر is a 25-year-old student organizer who was spent a total of 18 months in occupation prisons, being constantly rearrested. Layan is an inspiration to the students in Palestine and to us all. We wish Layan a very happy 26th birthday surrounded by her family and closed ones! Freedom to the students!

Tasneem Odeh تسنيم عودة, Palestinian law student, has spent the last 17 months incarcerated by the zionist occupation. Her trial was postponed for 10 times in an attempt that did not break Tasneem, as her mother made sure to mention - in one of the trials, her daughter stood up to the judge and demanded her freedom. Tasneem, like many children in Palestine, wants to become a lawyer to fulfill her martyred father’s dreams of her. Freedom to all of our prisoners!

Aya Khatib آية الخطيب, the woman who spent the most time in zionist prisons after Shatila Abu Ayyad, is today free and reunited with her family. Aya Khatib has spent 4 years in zionist prisons, after 2 years of house arrest. She, alongside Shatila Abu Ayyad, have been denied freedom at the hands of the Resistance in 2023 and in 2025. Aya, like the other prisoners, symbolizes steadfastness in the face of the cruel incarceration zionist system, that seeks to torture and dehumanize. We wish Aya peace and happiness in the arms of her family. Freedom to all of the prisoners! Video belongs to @web.banfsj

Solidarity with Palestinian & pro-Palestinian Prisoners: International Solidarity & Struggle The last two and a half years has seen an unpredecented escalation within Zionist Jails. There has been an intensification of brutal and humiliating torture, widespread use of sexual violence, the assasination of at least a hundred prisoners, and most recently the introduction of an ‘execution law’ that allows the Zionist Entity to continue their murder of prisoners legally. And despite the victories of the Flood of the Free, the prisoners exchange won by the 7th of October that led to the liberation of 2000 prisoners in Zionist Jails, another 9600 Palestinians remain incarcerated. This intensification has also expanded beyond the borders of Palestine, with the Zionist Entity holding at least 23 Lebanese fighters and villagers who refused to abandon the south of Lebanon. It has been mirrored within the imperial core, in which Palestinians in the diaspora and pro-Palestinian direct actionists have been jailed across North America and Europe, following pressure from the Zionist Entity. Rather than faltering to this pressure, the prisoners movement remains stronger than ever, supported by ever-growing prisoners solidarity that recognises the prisoners and their struggle as the compass for the path of liberation in Palestine. This panel brings together groups and collectives who organise prisoners solidarity, from Palestine and Lebanon to Europe. The speakers include members from - Liberez Ali campaign - The Campaign for Lebanese Prisoners in Zionist Jails - Dismantle Damon campaign

Israeli forces arrested journalist Islam Amarna at dawn today after raiding her family’s home in Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem, in a move that coincides with World Press Freedom Day. During the arrest, she was taken away from her young daughter, Hoor, who has already been living without her father, detained in Israeli prisons for about three years, deepening her humanitarian suffering as she is now deprived of both parents. This arrest is part of a broader pattern targeting the Amarna family. Her brother, journalist Asid Amarna, has been held under administrative detention since late August, with his detention extended for an additional six months. Meanwhile, their cousin, journalist Moath Amarna, previously lost an eye after being injured while covering field events in the southern West Bank several years ago.
