We ride through a landscape defined by towering limestone backdrops and steep, loose scree. This isn’t a race; it’s a technical exploration of ridgelines, deep gullies, and open slopes ranging from 3km to 6km. While the ancient petroglyphs on the high slopes remain the silent guardians of the valley—accessible only to hikers and explorers—the riding remains the focus.
The grit of the descent is balanced by the comfort of our lush green campsites tucked along a small river. With 4x4 shuttles handling the logistics, you can save your energy for the terrain and the incredible night skies. No competition, no pressure. Just a pure mountain experience.

The trail didn’t feel fast at first.
Loose in places, breaking in others.
Then you stop thinking about it and just let it run.
By the time you realise, you’re already committed.

Since it was our first time hitting these trails, we kept the rides mellow. It was a proper mix—sometimes finding perfect flowy lines, other times carrying and pushing the bikes through the unknown.
The blossom window is super short and already over for this year, but this trip was all about the ground work. We’re taking everything we learned from this scout to dial in some new rides for 2027.

There is a specific silence you only find at altitude. It’s the sound of thin air, the crunch of scree under a tire, and the steady rhythm of a group moving through a landscape that hasn’t changed in millennia.
From August 14th – 23rd, we’re heading to the Wakha Valley. This isn’t a race. It’s a 10-day immersion into the high desert, designed for every level of stoke.
