BOOM BOOM REVOLUTION: 100 years of BHM! 💚🖤❤️♾️🪩
A century of honoring the story that is still being written; February 28th we don’t close the book, we turn the page.
Conjuring the rhythm of our ancestors, far beyond these hundred years, we move as the living promise they carried forward.
Honoring those who stood, so we can stand! The ones who dreamed, so we can rise!
The ones who moved, so we can dance!
Those who died, so we can live!
Each of us carries a role in today’s Revolution!
Remember where we’ve come from and where we’re going. The music reminds us, the movement unites us and the future feels us coming.
Let the story keep unfolding & Let the history be no mystery!!
FEEL IT IN EVERY BEAT 🔊💥🖤

BOOM BOOM REVOLUTION: 1 Year Anniversary 🎶🪩✊🏾💥♾️
Our 4TH sonic rebellion in honor of the 222ND anniversary of the Haitian Revolution, the 1st successful Revolution against the colonizer known to man (and it was Black)! In colonial times when language was policed, music became the weapon they couldn’t confiscate. For Bois Caïman in 1791, The revolutionaries from Ayiti’Kiskeya used Vodou chants, lanbi shells, and drums rhythmically in forms that were more than just celebration. It was strategy and spirituality communicated through music to ignite unity, fuel courage among the enslaved and organize a rebellion to become a free nation. In coherence with our ancestors, we will play fusions of RaRa, Raboday, Bouyon, House, Techno and other expressions of rhythm and rebellion, recognizing that liberation has always had its own soundtrack. On this night we tune ourselves back to that ancestral frequency, to dance not only in remembrance but to continue the vibration of resistance and be reminded that the revolution still lives on! ANMWEY!!! AYIBOBO!!!

Viv Ayiti!!! 🇭🇹🪶
Cumbé - referring to the population formed by black fugitives in which they liberated themselves to be free. Ayiti is the first to do it! They led many other countries to freedom for themselves as well [🇩🇴🇧🇷🇬🇾🇵🇦🇨🇴🇻🇪🇪🇨🇵🇪🇨🇷🇧🇴🇳🇮]!!! It is a new year not only for blessings but also to shed light on the truth about my beautiful Maroon-Taíno roots from Ayiti’Kiskeya!! It does not stop here! ✊🏽🖤
