Colour continuity
We have a lot of questions about matching ribs & colour continuity throughout.
Any wholesale orders we get through, we always advise you to order rib with it.
Just so you get a better match due to it all being dyed together in the same machine.
As a company we pride ourselves for getting the closet’s match possible.
We do not own a dyers but we try and dedicate time to see most orders go through & check the quality for all our customer’s.
We always recommend buying swatches or sampling first with most of our fabrics so you get a better idea and see the physical fabric in hand.

Custom colours!
When choosing colours for customs orders,
We require Pantone TCX or TP ref numbers for lab dips, these can take up to two weeks to receive.
Once approved lead times can vary anything from 5-6 weeks, depending on what yarn we have in stock.
Or even what quality’s we have knitted ready to be dyed.

Fabric Width’s
Fabric width’s may vary slightly from product width specifications.
We’ve had a lot of customers new to the industry asking what the difference is between Open width and tubular.
Open width-
Fabric is one layer with a selvage on each edge.
Tubular width-
Fabric is double layered `tubular’ (no selvage its a tube like a sock)
Production quantities for packaging-
Open width fabrics- anything under 6 mtrs we usually fold to reduce shipping costs.
Anything over 6 mtrs is rolled up on a pole.
Tubular- are shipped folded in flat packs.
All our orders are either packed in bags from the shipping company’s we use or polythene double wrapped for extra protection.
