Golden Bloody Mary, for your Sunday morning.
To make the Shoyu Cubes:
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
3 tbsp worchestershire
2 tbsp pickle juice
1/2 tbsp celery bitters
1 cup water
For the drink:
2 oz golden tomato juice
1.5 oz vodka
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
pinch of white pepper
sea salt

Saffron Citrus Fizz for @RANAVAT , inspired by their new Brightening Saffron Cleanser and Brightening Saffron Serum ✨
1.5 oz Saffron-Macerated White Peach
1.5 oz Grapefruit or Orange Juice
Splash of soda water
Top with freshly whipped cold foam, dust with saffron dust, and garnish with saffron threads.
Saffron-Macerated White Peach:
Bloom a pinch of saffron dust over a small ice cube until melted.
Dice 1 white peach, and combine with half a cup of sugar, and the zest and juice of one lemon. Add bloomed saffron and stir to combine. Let sit for around 10-15 minutes until it forms a syrup.
Cold Foam: Combine 2 oz heavy cream with 1 oz whole milk and a splash of simple syrup. Froth with a handheld frother until lightly whipped but still pourable.
