Tiru meniru sudah biasa di perdeniman, istilah populernya repro atau reproduction atau ngebikin produk lama yg udah mati jadi idup lagi. Kalo umumnya brand denim itu melakukan repro dengan base jeans tahun 60an ke belakang (misal Levi's, Lee, Wrangler) nahh jeans yang satu ini ngereproduksi jeans Jepang yang udah ga rilis lagi.
Red Tornado ini udah ada dari taun 2014an dan suka banget nge-state kalo produk mereka emang jelas-jelas suatu repro dari jeans Jepang, terutama Warehouse.
Kali ini kita cek akal2an ATM Amati Tiru Made In China dari Red Tornado yang niru jeans DD10 dr Warehouse yg rilis di 2008. Jeans yg sbenernya juga bukan strict repro, cuman inspired aja dari paten Greenebaum di jaman paten rivetnya Levi's.
Nonton ampe abis buat lihat keseriusan brand China buat develop suatu produk.
Chinese brand recommendation based on what we stumbled upon, we bought and we handled offline on our trip to Shanghai and excessive taobao browsing. Some already breaks international market, some are local heroes. Either way, quality delivered is amazing.
Mens focused brand this time.
For tech and athleisure, I think Chinese brand can really deliver on par quality if not better from widely known brands. Fashion brand are exciting and fresh. Denim scape is set to challenge Japan in my opinion. Casual and street brands focused more on the youth and are abundant.

Bukan barang baru, off-shoot brand dari Bronson yang sempet disinisin sama Mr Freedom ini namanya Non Stock N&S Overalls. Mreka bikin macem2 dari jeans sampe kaos loopwheel.
Ga salah sih klo mreka aga bikin brand2 lain kesenggol, karena price to quality rationya bagus banget, at least di sisi jeansnya yang gw review.

- bahan 14,5 oz sanforizednya mirip kaya Lee 101 jp, alus tp ttp bertekstur ga flat
- detail bagus bahkan di beberapa point lebih bagus dr reproannya Jepang

Sekarang udah ga terlalu penting Made in mana asal emang barangnya bagus. Made In China Made In Indo jelek itu western propaganda.

Finally got to taste Red Wing Postman 101. Dulu era2 #menswear cuma ngiler aja liat di web web jepang ini sepatu. Sekarang @limbrodenim udah bawa @redwingheritage.id ke indo jadi lebih gampang nyari Red Wing.
Pas banget lagi suka sepatu all black, kita coba bawa jalan ke Shanghai dan buset pegel juga ye jalan 10-20k steps harian pake leather shoes yang belom break in. Tapi kata fans MU trust the process jadi mari kita break ini sepatu ampe lemes.
Pros: kulitnya alus dan lentur, warnanya juga cakep jd pengen coba mirror shine. Insole bawaan udah empuk. Gampang dipake buat kemana aja kapan aja pake apa aja.
Cons: karna bagusnya pake leather shoes ngepas, jadi klo pake kaos kaki tebel buat winter jadi kekecilan dikit.
ps: keren juga masih Made In USA (untung bukan italia)

All the most visit coffeeshops around Xuhui has waiting lines, so we skipped most of them. The trip to Tianshan Tea City was well worth it. Spent couple of hours learning Chinese tea culture and bought loads of rare tea.
