#Butterflysdream Update. I’ve submitted Butterfly’ Dream to a few festivals and the Sundance ignite program. Part of me wants to just release it for everyone, but I think it’s best to wait. Until then lookout for some bts and screen captures.🙏

The more I watch the film, the more I’ve realized how much depth Melanie had brought to the character of Butterfly. She speaks little, but conveys so much. I am truly excited everyone to see her performance.

Our hearts are so full from the beauty co-created for the Dragon Dance Film Screening on Saturday. Thank you to each of you who joined us as we shared three short films, celebrated the birthday of director Sean Lim, and introduced our vision for the next film project: the music video for my song Earth’s Daughter. This screening featured music video Humble Like The Jungle and short films The Dragon’s Dance and the premier of the latest film Butterfly’s Dream. Thank you to the cast and crew of each of these projects and to everyone who showed up to experience the films with us. And thank you to Sasha Mazo for accompanying me on violin, to Samantha and Margie of Garden Whispers for bringing your beautiful locally sourced herbal mocktails, to Franki and Greeshma of RavenFox Tarot for offering your beautiful readings, and to Dr. Daniel Barry for supporting our community with devotion and holistic dentistry. Independent filmmaking is an immense creative process, and it’s soul enriching to be able to share this work with our community. Earlier this year I directed a music video for @hannah.bourke 's song, "Humble Like the Jungle." I am grateful to announce it has received an official selection into the Berlin Commercial Film Festival. This festival includes music videos from some of the biggest artists in the world. Our music video has been specifically noted for the craft of costume styling, which was executed by @_cowboybeebop_

I am completely here. Thank you for being a mirror into my heart, an inspiration for my path, and a companion along it.
