Why is creativity mixed with an atmosphere away so important?
Because as a people we spend so much of our time responding “I’m just so busy” to the “lets go outs” and we are plagued with the idea that rest should only include sleep or simply doing nothing. When in actuality rest needs to be seen as a necessary activity rather than a time of nothingness. Resting the mind, body and soul requires an outlet of the frustrations of life. Whilst sleep is great, creativity fills this void. Sometimes we aren’t tired, we’ve just had enough of the work routine and need an island and some time to smile to truly relax ourselves.
As a creative entrepreneur myself I can say rest is not easy for me but when I do rest I do it right. The rest experienced at the island is a great example of that. The outside noise is quietened and placed in your pocket until you return to the busyness. A necessary activity of rest and outlet.
