Overall, if you missed the session this morning due to lack of parking you didn’t miss much. A couple big unridden sets over the course of 3+ hours but nothing epic and this was my favorite clip of the morning 😂😂😂

It’s spring break week in the little touristy town of Newport Beach and mayhem has taken over! Every surfing influencer is posting a crazy clip of a sea lion attacking surfers at the wedge and people are losing their minds! The police chief is calling to have all the beaches shut down due to the recent attacks, but the mayor of Newport is rightfully concerned about the impact to the local tourism economy and overrules the chief to keep the beaches open. My boy Hooper and the salty old captain Quint arrived on scene last night and offered help to the police chief regulate the waters. We’re in for a crazy week and an epic battle of man vs. nature is about to ensue…….and I’ll be there to capture the moment!
