Hace unos meses, Claudia, una seguidora del canal, me mandó este cómic que había hecho del viaje con el Marea desde Barcelona hasta Mongolia.
La primera vez que lo vi, me emocioné. Y cada vez que lo vuelvo a abrir, me sigue pasando.
Es una interpretación de un momento que, personalmente, fue una locura. Un viaje que nos sorprendió a todos.
Me contó que todo empieza con una libreta diminuta (DIN A7) en blanco. Después hace el primer boceto en iPad, organiza textos, imprime, corrige, reajusta… hasta que todo encaja.
Luego llega el dibujo final, el color y una última revisión para que no se escape nada.
Horas de dedicación. De cariño y de talento.
Es un orgullo brutal que alguien haya invertido su tiempo en transformar esta aventura en arte.
Gracias, Claudia. Por hacerlo, por entender el viaje y por tener tan buen gusto.

Por favor, Dios, rompe esas cadenas de pensamientos oscuros que encadenan a las personas, libéralas en el nombre de Jesús. Amén.

Saint Martin of Tours.
393 saint Martin of Tours, Bishop, is one of my favorite Saints. 🥰 Specially one of the most awesome things is that once he found a poor man on the street naked on a very cold day and he cut his cape in half and gave it to the man who was freezing, i love this story because it illustrates perfectly what we should do when helping others. Being there for them and giving a hand but also respecting our limits and our needs in the process. i love this. and i keep it as a reminder.
