This is the best oven to Chinese roast pork. The oil drips down and the flame kisses the skin to make it crispy and the best part is YOU DONT NEED TO SIT IT IN THE FRIDGE TO DRY THE SKIN. Honestly the best roast pork I’ve had in Australia.
