😊 Congratulations to our exec team for 2 garden makeovers for Debbie and Desiree! πŸ”¨ After a weekend of painting, planting, drilling and cups of tea; Rachael, Julia, Ben, Rhoda, Sinead, Helen, Sam and Clive are nursing their sore muscles! 🌷 But they are proud to have created two dream gardens for long-time neighbours Debbie and Desiree, all while raising money for Small Sparks. Please donate, if you can, so we can give #SmallSparks grants to help more people to turn dreams into reality. bit.ly/Smallsparks [Images of a plain garden transformed into pastel coloured shed and benches, bunting, herbs, flowers and a funky flamingo, with 8 people smiling. Debbie, who uses a wheelchair looks at her new garden with her support worker.]

Got any ideas for how to transform a garden? Our executive team are getting green fingered for two ladies we support who would love a garden glow-up and somewhere to enjoy the sun and flowers together. They are going to makeover TWO gardens to raise money for Small Sparks. Give them a boost by donating anything you can, sharing this post or commenting with your ideas. Keep an eye on our socials for the big reveal! Dimensions is a not for profit support provider for adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults. We're raising money to help people we support who have asked for small grants to get more from life, like starting a friendship club or a new bike to get to work. Please donate if you can or share this post: /campaign/smallsparks

❓ Why should you care if Kelsey's support workers aren’t paid fairly? Because this is about living independently - and about hundreds of thousands of people who receive support being part of our communities. πŸ€— πŸ‘€ Watch Kelsey’s story! πŸ“– Then, read the response of the Dimensions Council – made up of people we support, including Kelsey – to the @dhscgovuk 's planned #FairPayAgreement in the comments below. πŸ‘‡
