Last year I collaborated with @photinusstudio to design an installation for multimedia exhibition that took a place in Kyiv.
The main idea was to show the connection between the Ukrainian ancient song ‘Shchedryk’ and the contemporary world culture.
Shchedryk is a Ukrainian New Year's song that was arranged by composer Mykola Leontovych in 1916 . Five years later it was adapted as an English Christmas carol, "Carol of the Bells", by Peter J. Wilhousky and became a symbol of Christmas all over the world.
Today we know more than 1000 versions of Shcehdryk but its origins go all way back to the pre-Christian era and to ancient Ukrainian culture.

Last year, our vision for a mobile public pavilion for people to communicate, interact, and participate in cultural events, that moves from city to city, won the competiton for the @houseofeurope.org.ua . @yanabuchi@ivanvprotasov and I proposed the idea, and soon it will be created and hopefully visit a city near you. Thanks @trs.brn for the visualization.
