تتحرّك مصمّمة الأزياء اللبنانية، ديما عيّاد، برؤية تتسم بالوضوح والهدف. في منطقة كثيرًا ما تُبسّط رواياتها، تركز على ما يبقى خلف الصورة: أشخاص يبنون، ويبدعون، ويمضون بثقة هادئة نحو الأمام. تشكّلت رؤيتها من إيقاع الإمارات وانفتاحها، حيث يتجه نهجها في التصميم والقيادة نحو النمو، والقدرة على التكيّف، والسعي الدائم نحو التطوّر. بالنسبة لها، المرونة ممارسة قائمة على الانضباط والحضور, التزام مستمر بالمثابرة وصقل العمل، مرّة بعد أخرى. هنا حكاية تقوم على الحركة، والنية، ورفض التوقّف.
