Ideas have a way of taking on a life of their own. We set out to build an agency, and we ended up with a culture. A team of dedicated individuals who challenge themselves, every day, to create something out of nothing.
What did we learn? That not enough is said about the people who are expected to create, on demand, day after day. We’ve all felt it, the endless self doubt all the way through to when you finally see it. Getting through that struggle is a special kind of experience — then you just move on to the next. No galleries, no charts, there’s only what’s next. But we love it, don’t we?
