Runna and a track star šš»āāļøšØ
Loved running the @austinmarathon half with so many friends. Weather was stunning, adrenaline high, and smiles as big as can be
A huge thanks to @hopehillruns for guiding me to another big PR and feeling strong leading up to the race. Insaaane shots by @chaseflemingcreative and @pcguebert . As always, lots and lots of love to my @goodgriefrunning community
I am so proud of you
Completed my first ultramarathon and Iām elated looking back at the work it took to get here
Three months of 5am wake ups, high-5ing trees, and learning to enjoy my own company. Went into my race with uplifting self-talk and feeling very capable
I canāt express enough how meaningful the pouring of support from my coach, running community, friends, family, and colleagues has been. Really feeling like I am standing on the shoulders of a village and couldnāt be more grateful
Looking forward to taking some time off and planning the next adventure. In the meantime, catch me at your neighborhood pickleball court š¤š¼
A 200-mile relay, $12,000 raised, and 12 of the most giving people Iāve met.
Loved sharing laughs, nerds clusters, and a couple of sweaty vans with new friends. Couldnāt have asked for better teammates to adventure with #firstonetothebeachwins
Thankful for 10 Years: A Love Letter to Austin
How lucky I am to wake up and go for a walk at the lake. To play table tennis (yes, ping pong) on a Tuesday. To have friends that want to run before the sun is up and dance well after it goes down. To laugh and sweat and shout on pickleball courts. To De Nada and enjoy the brilliant conversations that follow. To paddleboard, surf, and sunburn at Barton Springs. To thrift, plan trips, randomly FaceTime, take classes, try new restaurants, go to concerts, meet new people and their four-legged friends
I am so proud of the different versions of me that have worked hard to be here. I love this city and all of you that make this place home. And of course, I canāt wait to share more life with the sweetest Barry boy
