“The Process”, a very short short I came up with while shooting the opening scene. What I’m sketching is actually how I saw this video playing out in that moment, hence “foresight”.
It’s really meant to show you and mainly myself how easy it should be to get an idea out, to not overthink or waste time thinking about limitations. Work with what you have and create something unique.

A year can definitely change a lot. Unfortunately creating a lot less these days but this time last year I was a way less disciplined person. Cheers to feeling way more connected to myself and actually building relationships.
Finally understanding the notion of slowing down, looking at the marco and making micro adjustments to get there. This life ish is definitely a marathon. Hope yall are being patient with yourselves also 🫂
Blender Tips for Beginners Pt.5
Detailed instructions below ⤵️
SHRINKWRAP
To use it, select your object, add a Shrinkwrap Modifier from the Modifier panel, and choose the target object you want it to wrap onto. You can adjust the Wrap Method (like Nearest Surface Point or Project) to control how the surface sticks or projects. Fine-tune the Offset value to prevent intersections or clipping. Once it looks right, you can apply the modifier to make the changes permanent and continue modeling or sculpting.
ARRAY MODIFIER
To use the Array Modifier in Blender, start by selecting your object and adding the modifier from the Modifiers panel. Set the Count value to choose how many copies you want. Then adjust the Relative Offset (usually on the X axis) to control the spacing between duplicates. You can also enable Constant Offset for a fixed distance or use an Object Offset to make the array follow another object’s position or rotation perfect for curves or spirals. Once it looks right, apply the modifier to make the array permanent and editable.
PROJECTION MAPPING
To use Projection Mapping in Blender, start by positioning your camera where you want the image to be projected from. In the Shader Editor, add an Image Texture node, load your image, and connect it to a Diffuse BSDF or Principled BSDF shader. Then add a Texture Coordinate node and use the Camera output to drive the image projection—this makes the texture appear as if it’s being cast from the camera’s viewpoint. Adjust your camera’s angle, scale, and image mapping settings until the projection aligns correctly with your 3D surface. This method is perfect for blending CGI with live-action plates or projecting detailed textures without unwrapping UVs.

3D animation wasn’t my first artistic love but it’s almost immediately became my favorite and only practiced medium for a while. Love the community and the endless threads of help, the technical/creative skills needed to make it work. @travisscott thank you for the inspiration 🙏🏾
