I made a twist on the Parasol tiki cocktail because I simply do not enjoy banana. This version with Rum, lime, mango, pineapple, and agave is damn delicious.
Animal has reopened and we are enthused! Why is bone marrow so good? And chicken liver, which is also basically a meat butter. Also BBQ pork belly sliders. Desserts were noteworthy- deconstructed cheesecake and cold mulberries. In short, 😋🤤🫠
