“Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.” It’s been 4 years since i started to write first chords of this album. I never thought it as an album, but it was becoming more clear that i have to share all my feelings and personal drama with you. It is very personal album, but also very diverse. It travels from classy post-punk to almost Thome Yorke weird-dancing vibes. And today “Death is around the corner” is out! I am extremely lucky to be able to share my life experience through music and art. Thank you for support and buying my music, that’s why i keep going. Digital Downshifting is a Berlin-based independent record label with roots in Ukraine. Founded in 2020, the label originally supported two Ukrainian acts — @blichaus80 and @aircraftmusica — with the mission of bringing Ukrainian music to international audiences. After a hiatus caused by the pandemic and the full-scale Russian invasion, the label was revived in 2025 with a renewed sense of urgency and purpose. Today, Digital Downshifting remains committed to its founding vision: music first, artists respected, creativity unrestrained. We support independent musicians through honest collaboration, thoughtful curation, and a belief in sound as a unifying force. Our goal is to amplify talent, build community, and create a platform where distinct voices can reach listeners across the world.
