Day three at POSSIBLE and the energy just keeps building.
From sunrise walks on the beach to networking breakfasts with some of the brightest minds in the industry, our young talent continued to step into every opportunity with confidence and curiosity.
A huge highlight was watching one of our cohort take the stage at JC Oliver’s Unplugged. With barely any time to prepare his pitch, he delivered like a complete pro on an international stage. Watching these moments happen in real time never gets old. You can literally see confidence growing by the hour.
The team then explored sessions including “The New Primetime” around how social series and creators are reshaping entertainment, advertising and culture for the next generation. We spent time in the Expo Hall meeting brands, learning about new technology and understanding where the future of marketing and media is heading.
We also stopped by to say hello to the brilliant team on the VaynerX yacht before heading to MediaOcean where the puppies may have stolen the show… cuteness overload and probably the most calming moment of the week so far.
And to round off the evening, drinks with the OGs. Thank you Andy Oakes - Bluestripe and Matt ONeil for always making time for the next generation and for the conversations, support and encouragement. These moments matter more than people realise.
What POSSIBLE does so well is create spaces where relationships happen naturally. Rooms where young people can connect with leaders, ask questions, build confidence and start to see themselves in these industries.
