guest DJ spotlight: Maha Kuma
NYC native Maha Kuma is a techno artist focused on constructing cinematic musical journeys. Having a background in Indian classical music and DJed since high school, he has been honing his craft for over a decade. With a heavy focus on rhythm, percussion and textures, he envelopes and transports the audience through emotional and tactile contexts. Being the founder of the Brooklyn based DIFFÜSION collective (@diffusion.ofc ), he bridges techno with the sounds and depth of humanity’s cultural heritage.

i have immense gratitude for all the promoters, djs and venues who work tirelessly to make these scenes and i’m so honored to be able to be a part of them. since the wars have been making travel even more difficult for many people, i want to acknowledge what a privilege it is to be able to bring music to these spaces and continue to do the work that i do. without a doubt, i have been extremely lucky to be able to continue my work and everyday is a gift 🌟
