RASPIPAV 2026
It was incredible to see so many people come out last weekend and dive into our “weird” wines. We often feel like we stick out like a sore thumb at these kinds of fairs — but we wouldn't have it any other way.
We won’t forget the look of surprise (and then pure pleasure) when people took their first sip of a Japanese or Finnish wine.
That’s why we show up: to remind people that wine is so much more than just France or Italy — or one guy inheriting vines from another. It’s about collaboration, passion, experimentation, and, of course, as little intervention as possible.

On saute de joie — les vins de James et Sophie de @jaumafarm sont de retour. On les a toujours adorés pour leur énergie : des cuvées juteuses, vibrantes, pleines de vie, avec un vrai sens du détail dans chaque bouteille.
Aujourd’hui, Jauma Farm s’étend sur plus de 40 hectares dans les Adelaide Hills. Bien plus que de la vigne, on y trouve aussi des cerises, des poires, des pommes et un potager bien vivant.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Rob and Kate of @unkelwines for over five years now, and their impact in Quebec — and in this city — is undeniable. Our restaurant and bar friends continue to pour their wines: bottles you can sip easily when you’re parched, or ones that stop you in your tracks.
After traveling extensively through Eastern Europe, completing multiple harvests in the Loire Valley, and spending time at Terroirs in London, Rob and Kate eventually returned home to New Zealand’s Upper Moutere region to launch Unkel — a playful nod to the hands-off, fun-loving uncle. Today, they farm five hectares of 25-year-old vines, dry-farmed and organically grown, including Riesling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Alex’s wines for over three years now. They’re consistently clean, vibrant, and effortlessly refined — a beautiful expression of the powerhouse that New Zealand has become over the past few decades.
For years, Alex and his partner Josefina struggled to find wines in New Zealand that truly resonated with them. So they decided that if they couldn’t find it, they would make it themselves. In 2016, they purchased their own winery in Nelson, at the northern tip of the South Island.
The vineyards are rooted in Upper Moutere clay and are home to an impressive range of varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Syrah.
