A lot of people think that Iām being silly in this video!
Well, that is true: I am silly!
However thereās so much more to this - it is a somatic healing methodology to clear traumatic experiences that are deeply held inside of the body.

Experiences from almost 30 years ago seem to have vanished into the past - and the awareness around the impermanence of life is quite obvious. We discovered that the Complex Theater in Hollywood which was the home of @celebrateartists acting class had burnt in a fireā¦ and we have to accept that the only constant in life is change! Have you heard of cord cutting?
Do you practice cord cutting already?
Hereās my take on energetic cord cutting which refers to the idea - which for some people is very real - that as we walk through life we attach ourselves energetically to people and people attach themselves energetically to us.
Some of these attachments, connections or cords are conscious and many of them are not conscious at allā¦ which may become a problem after a while!
So an energetic CLEARING - a RESET - could be very necessary which should be performed every now and then - especially when we feel depleted, overextended or completely burnt out.
In my practice of cord cutting I like to utilize a real sword - Merlinās Magical Excalibur - to cut through every single cord that is connected to each individual chakra for a complete reset of the human operating system.
This in my opinion is one of the most effective cord cutting experiences ever š„āļøš„
