Tapping today…Rindhouse, Tangelo Saison. We sawed the flesh off of tangelos and squeezed their juices into a vat of boiling wort. Then we preserved the flesh, baked it and let it soak back in the vat. *We also used farmhouse yeast, because out there nobody could hear the screams. 16oz cans and draft available today!

Thought we’d riff on a reel from @cannonballcreekbrewingco ….. but it turns out none of us can juggle. Also turns out Tangelos don’t fit in our glassware. The good news is that we do have our seasonal tangelo saison release this Saturday. 16oz cans and draft available starting Saturday. Cheers, gang. PS enjoy the outtakes reels at the end, we actually caught it on the first try though.

@worldbeercup competition notes are back! As you have by now figured out, we didn’t win a medal at this year’s World Beer Cup competition but as is our tradition, we’re sharing the results. 3 of our 4 entries made it to the final round of judging and all three were lagers. Made There, Alsatian Pilsner Danny Darko, Dark Czech Lager Rayo Blanco, Mexican Lager Vladislav went 1 of 4 but it’s pretty early and he still needs a little time to condition out any barrel heat. While we don’t win any awards we are super happy with the results and will keep cranking out world class beers if you keep drinking em. Cheers to all the Colorado winners!

Pranom Thai Pop-up, Thursday (5/14) at 4pm Dream is back popping up with his world-famous Thai Street Food. If you know you know!! He’ll be serving starting at 4pm this Thursday. And the drill is always the same, get here quick because he usually sells out fast. We’ll share the menu tomorrow in stories. Cheers, y’all.

Brewed with an insane amount of fresh tangelo peels and freshly squeezed tangelo juice. Cans and draft this Saturday!

It’s Fish Fry-Day, y’all!! Today starting at 4pm we’re throwing down a good ole fashioned Portuguese Fish Fry to celebrate the release of Colorado Greenback, Session IPA. @ultreiadenver is serving up a Portuguese Style Fish Fry starting at 4:30pm. The menu… Portuguese Fish Fry: Trout, linguica, fries, salt cod hushpuppies, spicy cilantro mayo, tartar, lemon Fancy Chips & Cole Slaw: (crack the bag, spoon on the slaw) Pastel de Natas (egg custard tart w/ flakey pastry crust) The Trevor Jones Trio is firing up at 6pm Cans and Draft of Greenback IPA will be available at 2pm when we open. It’s gonna be 70 degrees on the patio y’all. Let’s get after it.
