Doing Nothing (100 Times) is a durational performance unfolding over 100 days in public space.
Each day, a photograph was taken with a self-built camera obscura at a publicly accessible location in Vienna, drawn from coordinates provided by others, without prior knowledge of the site. I remained still for a fixed duration, determined by the existing light conditions, attending to inner sensations, the movement of the mind and external surroundings without intervention.
The resulting images form a sequence of a person appearing almost identically each day, yet never the same. The photographs remain unfixed and continue to expose over time, gradually fading.

The second process of Haltung was daily writing. Each text was written with my non-dominant hand. A deliberate slowing down that invited concentration and access to layers beneath thought. The childlike script recalled an earlier self: intuitive, unfiltered, close to feeling.
Haltung took form as a book collecting the investigation as it unfolded. It gathers the parallel paths of movement and writing, allowing the reader to witness the unfolding of body and mind as an integrated system.
One process of 'Haltung' was physical practice.
Each week centered on one theme: 1. Standing, sitting, getting up without effort 2. Respiration 3. Spine 4. Head position 5. Eye movement 6. Spatial relationship of body parts 7. Imagination
Rooted in Feldenkrais and Hatha Yoga, these exercises invited lightness, precision and attention. Quiet studies in how awareness moves through the body.
Haltung

.
explores the interplay between inner attitude and outer body posture. Over seven weeks, I documented my physical stance after awareness-based exercises alongside a parallel writing process. Through this observation, I began to sense how attention to the body reshapes perception and how awareness itself becomes a way of understanding.
Up close, the weave of the textile and the trace of ink come forward. A record of process, not just image.

Four shapes. Four colours. Four shifting conversations.
The work reflects on how perception is never fixed but always relational.
A single hue cannot be seen alone — its weight, brightness and mood shift with each new neighbour.
Through minimal shapes and changing arrangements, the work becomes a constellation of form and colour, showing how perception is always in motion and transformed by context.

Breath.
.
My breath is always with me. I can choose to control it. I can forget about it. I can observe it. It is part of me. Breath is so natural and pure but in a way so silent. With all the turbulences of everyday life, with all my thoughts, actions and emotions, it sometimes disappears from my consciousness. But although my breath changes without me realising, it never leaves. When I focus, when I truly observe, when I take my time, my breath shows me something with every new moment. It acts as a reflection of my internal self, it reveals reality itself. The different states and versions of my breath show me different sides of myself. And bringing myself back to it means returning to the here and now.
.
So, what does my breath tell me? How does it behave? How do I behave? How am I? Who am I?

The installation consists of 12 copper tubes that form a cylindrical space. One enters the room wearing headphones and a microphone that allows to hear the breath amplified in real time. When a tube is touched, a sound effect appears that manipulates the breath, and with each tube a different, new version of one's own breath is created.
.
This project aims to encourage users to pay closer attention to their breathing and consider what it says about their emotions and state of feeling.
