𝑂𝑢𝑟 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑒𝑣𝑜𝑙𝑣𝑒𝑠. ____ 15 ปีของการเย็บสมุดนับหมื่นเล่ม ค่อย ๆ ตกผลึกจนกลายเป็นตัวตนของ Dibdee Binder ในวันนี้ ตลอดเวลาที่ผ่านมา เราได้เรียนรู้ว่าสิ่งที่ทำ ไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงแค่ “การทำสมุด” อีกต่อไป แต่คือการรักษาและส่งต่อจิตวิญญาณของงานคราฟต์ ที่พร้อมเติบโตและเปิดกว้างไปสู่มิติใหม่ ๆ ในขวบปีที่ 15 นี้ Dibdee Binder จึงก้าวต่อไปด้วยโครงสร้างที่ชัดเจนและยืดหยุ่นกว่าเดิม Dibdee Binder ยังคงเป็นหัวใจหลักในฐานะสตูดิโอเย็บสมุด พื้นที่เรียนรู้ และงานสั่งทำที่ประณีต ขณะเดียวกัน Dibdee & Objects (@dibdee.and.objects ) จะเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับสิ่งของ งานสร้างสรรค์ และบทสนทนาใหม่ ๆ จากศิลปิน มิตรสหาย และแรงบันดาลใจจากที่ต่าง ๆ พร้อมกันนั้น เราได้ประทับสัญลักษณ์ “DB” ที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากภาษาของการเย็บสมุด เพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็นตราประทับของช่างฝีมือ ที่จะปรากฏอยู่บนปกสมุด บรรจุภัณฑ์ และองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ ของแบรนด์ แม้ภาพลักษณ์จะเปลี่ยนไป แต่แก่นของสิ่งที่เราทำยังคงเดิม 𝐻𝑜𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝑆𝑡𝑟𝑢𝑐𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒𝑠. Fifteen years of hand-binding thousands of books have gradually shaped the identity of Dibdee Binder today. Over time, we realized that our work extends beyond bookmaking alone. It is about preserving and carrying forward the spirit of craftsmanship one that continues to grow and open itself to new possibilities. As we enter our 15th year, Dibdee Binder moves forward with a clearer and more flexible structure. Dibdee Binder remains the core of our practice a studio for bookbinding, bespoke works, and learning. Alongside it, Dibdee & Objects (@dibdee.and.objects ) becomes a space for curated objects, creative works, and new conversations shared among artists and friends. From the first sheet—parched and weathered to the last, still pristine and white, it invites the eye to trace the gradients of colors and textures each shaped by its own unique encounter with the elements. Though we know well that in the future these shades may fade and blur until time eventually erases their differences into a singular tone. Yet what holds more value than the final ‘result’ on the canvas is ‘the act of doing’ the moment of pause to realize the shifting conditions of life within each fragment of time. For us, ‘Dry & Still’ is more than an artwork it is a chronicle of memory and a lesson in living with reality. กระบวนการของการเฝ้าดู เริ่มต้นด้วยการนำกระดาษสีขาวสะอาด ออกไปตากไว้กลางแจ้ง วันละหนึ่งแผ่น ต่อเนื่องกันจนครบ 30 วัน เมื่อครบกำหนด เรานำกระดาษแต่ละแผ่น มาฉีกแบ่งเป็น 8 ส่วน ก่อนจะบรรจงลงด้วย “เย็บมือ” บนผืนผ้าใบ จัดเรียงเป็นหนังสือเล่มเล็ก 3 เล่ม จำนวน 10 แถว ที่กางหน้าออกมา เพื่ออวดโฉมบาดแผลของกาลเวลา ____________________________________________ A process of watching We begin with sheets of clean white paper, placing one outdoors each day for 30 consecutive days.
