I picked up photography because I wanted to create art. I decided on the camera as my medium because my hands couldn’t create with a brush or pencil. This shoot is honestly a permanent highlight in my journey as a creative. An amazing team helped me create this and I couldn’t be happier.

One of the things I care most about as a makeup artist is the preparation of the skin I’m working on.
Over the years I’ve learned that makeup behaves very differently depending on how the skin is supported. Hydration, barrier health, and consistency in skincare can completely change how products sit, blend, and reflect light.
That’s why I described myself as a skin-first makeup artist. My goal more than a transformation, is to unveil your beauty.
For this campaign with @korres , I had the chance to work not only with a model, but also with real people who tested the Protein Facial line over 28 days. Watching how skin responds to care over time is always a reminder that good makeup doesn’t start with foundation, it starts with the skin.
