Most founders wait until they need sales to start posting. But the brands growing fastest today are building trust, awareness, and connection long before the customer is ready to buy. In this episode, @dianarango and @garylipovetsky talk about building @chefpost , scaling a marketplace business, balancing entrepreneurship with family life, and why founder-led content is one of the biggest growth opportunities today. 🎙️ From the full podcast with @dianarango & @garylipovetsky 💬 Comment CMPODCAST and we’ll send you the link

A little BTS of me reviewing chef’s applications… One thing I’ve learned building @chefpost is this: You can always teach skills. You can improve systems. You can guide and train people. But passion? Passion is something you feel instantly. Every week I review chefs from across the U.S. and I still get inspired watching them give their all to something they truly love. And honestly, it’s a reminder for all of us: Life feels very different when you genuinely love what you do. That energy always shows. ✨ The love and respect I have for these chefs never gets old.

I’ve always loved hosting. The birthdays, the brunches, the baby showers, the random dinners at home… gathering people has always been my thing. But the truth? Every time I hosted, I ended up missing the party because I was too busy cooking, reheating food, serving, cleaning, and trying to make everything perfect. And one day I thought… why isn’t there an easier way to host at home without doing all the work yourself? That question is a big part of why we built @chefpost ❤️ A way to enjoy beautiful gatherings at home with a personal chef cooking fresh in your kitchen, so you can actually be present with the people you love. No catering trays. No reheating. No stress. Just good food, meaningful moments, and hosting without the overwhelm. Who else loves hosting without the work?

To every mom reading this today… You are enough. I know how hard you’re trying. The juggling, the mental load, the schedules, the pressure, the feeling that you always have to do more, be more, give more. Somewhere along the way, our generation started believing that the more we do, the better mom we are. But I honestly don’t think that’s true. You don’t have to prove your love by doing EVERYTHING. You already are the perfect mom for your kids. You already are enough for them. At the end of the day, the most important thing we can do in this world is raise beautiful humans. And that has nothing to do with how much you do in one day. So today, I hope you allow yourself to slow down a little. To enjoy beautiful food, your loved ones, and most importantly… the joy of being present with them. From mom to mom, thank you. I’m inspired by you every single day. By your messages, your stories, your trust, your support, and everything you carry with so much love. @chefpost was created for women like you. To help make life feel a little lighter, a little easier, a little more joyful. Happy Mother’s Day. 🤍 With all my love, Diana

Still emotional after this weekend 🩷 The @entreprenistaleague has been one of the most meaningful communities in my life as a founder. The love, support, connections, and energy in every room is something you truly have to experience to understand. I’ve met partners, advisors, mentors, clients, brand ambassadors, and some of the most incredible women through this community. But more than anything, it’s a space where women genuinely want to see each other win. It’s the real #womensupportingwomen If you’re a woman building a business… get in the right room. It changes everything. Thank you @stephjillcartin and @courtspritzer for creating such a thoughtful and wonderful event. You are truly the best, what you have created is unbelievable 👏🏽 love yaaa DM me if you want an intro to join!

A little bit of everything that makes me… me. Mom, founder and wife in one day. It’s not about doing everything all the time… it’s about choosing, intentionally, what makes your life feel full. 🤍

You can “love” cooking… and also decide you don’t have to do it every single day. That’s the difference. Not doing it all. Not carrying it all. Knowing when to outsource👩‍🍳 @chefpost So yes, I’ll make the rice… and I’ll still book the chef for next week. Because life feels much better when it’s not all on you 🤍

THIS changed my life. A healthy body really starts in the kitchen 🤍 When you shift from eating for how you look… to eating to actually heal, everything feels different. It’s not restrictive, it’s not stressful, there’s no anxiety around it. And once you start feeling better, it just clicks. This is not a typical diet. It’s a reset that helped me understand what my body truly needs and eliminate inflammation in your body. Link in bio to read more about this elimination approach and how it works.

A few years ago, I felt off… all the time. Tired, inflamed, not fully like myself, even though I was doing everything “right.” I never imagined that the biggest shift would come from something so simple: the way I eat. In this series (and in today’s Substack), I’m sharing the anti-inflammatory approach that truly changed my life, what I removed, what I ate, and what happened after. This is not medical advice, just my personal experience. But I’ve shared this with so many friends, family, and customers over the years… that I had to share it with you! If you’ve been feeling off too, I hope this helps 🤍 Full story + meal plan in the link in bio.
