We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead our Belonging in School Project in Redcar & Cleveland - a powerful partnership with the @henrysmithfoundation , creating real change for young people.
In this role, you’ll:
🌟 Deliver our Anti-Bullying Ambassador Programme in schools
🤝 Support young people to lead change and amplify their voices
🏫 Work closely with schools, families & communities
📊 Track impact and drive meaningful improvements in belonging, wellbeing & inclusion
📍Location: Redcar & Cleveland (Hybrid)
💰 Salary: £31,500 per annum
💼 Full-time (37.5 hrs, flexible options available)
