We have just completed this gorgeous refurbishment, where we provided QS services. We were engaged from cost plan stage all the way to completion. This project featured multiple structural changes that were needed after exploratory works, such as, a new suspended ground floor. Thank you to our client for trusting us, and we hope you are very happy in your new home!

🎈Alongside Philippa Gough, the business steadily evolved, building strong client relationships and establishing the reputation that Derek Gough Associates is known for today.
🎈A new chapter began as Ed Gough stepped into the role of Managing Director, continuing the legacy while shaping the future of the business.
🎈DGA is proud to be a team of 17 professionals, delivering expert quantity surveying services while expanding our offering to include project management.

Derek and Philippa attended the Embassy Village launch event on Monday night. We are so proud to be one of 130 companies who have supported- and continue to support- this process. This would never be possible for us to do without the generous donations from our clients, friends and network. Embassy Village is the latest in an effort to aid the homeless in Manchester, and we cannot wait to hear all about the difference it makes.
Embassy Village consists of:
🏠40 fully-furnished homes
🏠A village hall, multi‑use sports area and allotments
🏠Ongoing support for the residents to live their lives for the better
