The beauty of being a creative is the freedom to let an idea choose its form. This piece wasn’t meant to be a scarf it was just a personal painting that was a reflection of who i was in that moment, but each time i go back at it i felt it was holding more than i first allowed it to. At its core, it’s about love, desire to be seen, yearned for, to feel safe and protected. i wanted that feeling to live beyond a screen to be touched, carried and felt So it becomes a scarf.
Not just an extension of the art but a continuation of it, a subtle combination of love and softness woven into silk.
