The most Notorious train stop in the 70’s and 80’s! It started out as a spot were artist would come to congregate! Watch pieces go by, plan to go painting or debate who was dope and who was a toy! A lot of artists also either rode by or glanced from the other side of the platform out of fear of getting robbed or their Ass whupped !! You would find me posted up right on the side where the step were at to the elevator Everyday or looking down from the overpass clocking the prey! 🤷🏾♂️Either by myself or With Smiley149 R.I.P. , Age TNT or a few other crimeys… I never would actually sit on the bench because you would be basically blowing your cover to the DT’s! I miss these days! If you don’t know the location then you don’t know the culture !

I also at some point in my life played a role in every element with the culture being, The Dj, Emcee, Break Dancer, Knowledge of self and Graffiti artist as u can see a picture of me on the cover painting a whole subway car top to bottom at 16 years old ! Everyday we played a different role when it was no money involved an made the best out of life in the ghetto! Whether it was getting fresh to go to a park jam or doing our own events at clubs, throwing on old clothes to bomb a train yard, Studying our 1-20 lessons or going to other blocks to battle other bboys break dancing!!
