U•ART Gallery – Ukrainian Art Gallery in Helsinki
From February 19, 2026, Helsinki hosts U•ART, a temporary gallery created to support Ukrainian artists and promote contemporary Ukrainian art.
This unique platform brings the richness and resilience of Ukrainian culture to an international audience.
The inaugural exhibition, Revelation: Four Years by Kateryna Harahulia, runs from February 19 to March 4. Through multilayered collages and symbolic imagery, the series captures Ukraine’s experience of war — destroyed homes, disrupted lives, forced migration, fear, and resilience — inviting visitors to connect emotionally and reflect on the human impact of conflict.
All artworks are available for purchase, and proceeds will directly fund an evacuation bus, supporting civilians from war-affected areas in the Kharkiv region and bringing children affected by the war from Ukraine to Finland for recovery and respite. By acquiring a work, you become part of this effort to protect and care for lives.
U•ART is open for a limited time, making this an exceptional opportunity to experience powerful Ukrainian art and show solidarity. Follow announcements for upcoming exhibitions featuring other Ukrainian artists.

Мене звуть Kateryna Harahulia , і я лідерка українських програм Ad Astra for Ukrainians, арт викладачка та українська мисткиня.
З грудня 2022 року я працюю в організації Ad Astra, а з 2023 року разом із командою ми запустили ініціативи, які підтримують Україну та українців у цей складний час.
Ми створюємо простір, де українські переселенці можуть почуватися як удома, а жителі Фінляндії — знайомитись із багатою культурою України.
У цьому нам допомагає чудова команда волонтерів, без яких це було б неможливо!
Серед наших ключових проєктів :
💙💛 Українські неділі – свята української культури, наповнені теплом, творчістю та традиціями.
🇺🇦Український дитячий фестиваль в Annantalo, Гельсінкі.
🎨 Art Course for Youth – творчий простір для молоді.

🍅Food Sharing Events – теплі зустрічі за смачною їжею.
🫶 Zoria - нетворкінг українських викладачів культури.
А ще ми організовуємо майстер-класи, виставки, концерти, сторітелінги, колективні мурали, екскурсії , перекладаємо казки на українську мову та багато іншого!
Все це відбувається в рамках організації Ad Astra @adastra.tales , де ми разом із нашою неймовірною командою створюємо простір підтримки, культури та єдності.

This is a huge honor and at the same time a responsibility that motivates us to move forward. ✨
This project was born from the idea of creating a space for Ukrainians, where they can find support, development and inspiration, and thanks to Kateryna Harahulia and the Ad Astra organization, which helped to bring these ideas to life, as well as the invaluable help of our team and volunteers, our project became a reality 🔥
We sincerely thank the European Parliament and the jury for this recognition, Finland and the European Union for supporting Ukraine, as well as everyone who helps, believes in us and inspires us to move forward.

Today is the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination — a reminder of the importance of respect and acceptance regardless of origin, language, or skin color.
This week, as part of Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination Week, the Culture of War exhibition is taking place, where Kateryna Harahulia uses her paintings to speak about how war destroys unique cultures and the importance of preserving cultural identity.
The exhibition runs at Sipoo at Huvudbibliotek from March 17 to 22.
On March 17, a warm and inspiring badge-making workshop was also held together with Natali Panchuk from Ukrainalaisten Yhdistys Itä-Uudellamaalla ry (UIUry), Kateryna Harahulia and the commune of Sipoo — a space where participants shared their stories through creativity and turned small symbols into meaningful expressions of identity and belonging.

Сьогодні — Міжнародний день боротьби з расизмом і дискримінацією — нагадування про важливість поваги та прийняття незалежно від походження, мови чи кольору шкіри.
Цього тижня в межах тижня боротьби з расизмом та дискримінацією проходить виставка Culture of War, де Kateryna Harahulia через свої картини говорить про руйнування унікальних культур війною та важливість збереження культурної ідентичності.
Виставка триває у Сіпоо у Huvudbibliotek з 17 по 22 березня.
17 березня також відбувся теплий та натхненний воркшоп із виготовлення значків разом із Наталією Панчук з Ukrainalaisten Yhdistys Itä-Uudellamaalla ry (UIUry), Kateryna Harahulia та комуною Сіпоо — простір, де учасники через творчість ділилися історіями та перетворювали маленькі символи на важливі висловлювання про ідентичність і приналежність.

This year, I am honored to once again participate in the largest and most prestigious exhibition of the Finnish art scene - Taidemaalariliiton Teosvälitys by the Finnish Painters Union. 🎨
Among the works on display are my pieces from the graphic series Futura.
The exhibition brings together the most compelling contemporary voices in Finland, highlighting the richness and diversity of today’s painting scene.
Running until March 15, it offers a rare opportunity to experience the vitality and vision of contemporary Finnish art.

On the last day of my exhibition “Culture of War” at the Mosaiikkin kirjasto , Vantaa, it was visited by the Prime Minister of Finland, Petteri Orpo.
It was a great honor for me to show my works and present the art work “Ukraine”, which became a symbol of gratitude from all Ukrainians to the people of Finland for their support and solidarity in these difficult times. 💙💛
The exhibition was dedicated to the fourth anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. It shows how war destroys cultural worlds and memory, while at the same time revealing the strength of human identity and the resilience of art.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who visited and supported the exhibition — your engagement and attention were a true act of solidarity 🙏

The works speak of loss, exile, and displacement, while testifying to the invincibility of culture even in times of violence.

We sincerely thank everyone who came to meet the artist, joined the curatorial tour, shared conversations, and reflected with us on the important themes of war, peace, and solidarity that this exhibition brings to light.
Your attention, engagement, and openness to dialogue mean a lot to us.
Special thanks to the artist Kateryna Harahulia for this profound and meaningful series of paintings, as well as to all viewers and visitors who came to see “Revelation: Four Years” and became part of this conversation.
