The love of our lives, Wilder Blue Hampton made his earth side arrival on April 13th, 2025 at 4:48am, under the full moon on Palm Sunday. He arrived fast and furious, and on the day I asked he come- thank you precious boy. Our big strong boy raised his head as soon as he landed.

Wilder Blue has already gifted me with more love than I knew possible and a brand new wide open heart, that’s both terrifying and incredible ❤️
One of THE HARDEST fitness challenges I’ve ever attempted😤 but had a good team of people there to support too! Had to bring in me and @dexflex1 bday RIGHT 🤝🏽
-400 meter burpee broad jump🫨
-400 meter walking lunge 🙄
-400 meter bear crawl 😐
-400 meter run 🏃🏽
Took right under 1.5 hours but it was WORTH IT!
One thing for certain, two things for sure: Dex and Justin gonna move some weight!
