Wanting to continue doing sports but afraid of injuring yourself? These are a few of my favourite split squat variations to strengthen the hip, knee and ankle all at the same time. Working on these joints simultaneously and with different movements can better prepare your body for sports that require running, jumping, lunging, or just about any sport that requires hip, knee and ankle control.

🏔️ Preparing for an upcoming hiking trip and looking forward to some amazing views?
🥾 Hiking is a great, active way to explore a new country, usually rewarded with unprecedented panoramic views you might not be able to get to otherwise.
It however does place increased demands on the body with long periods of walking, varying inclines, steps and uneven terrain - all while carrying a heavy backpack filled with necessities like food and water.
✨Here are 5 exercises you can do in advance to help to prepare for your trip - the earlier you start the better!

Osteoporosis is a condition where your bone mineral density and mass decreases, reducing the strength of your bones, making them more prone to fractures.
Having been previously diagnosed with severe osteoporosis, a fall in February this year saw Mdm A fracture her pelvis in 3 different areas. This made it difficult for her to walk, move in and out of bed and carry out her daily activities independently.
