It’s time for another wrap-up of vegan eats on Cape Cod! Working my way towards trying every vegan option I’ve ever seen listed on happycow :). This time I’m just sharing finds from Falmouth since I’ve been there a lot recently! The deets on the eats:
1+2+3.
@picklejarkitchen : Crispy tofu salad (w/ pea shoots, cucumbers, edamame, lettuce, ginger miso vinaigrette, pickled red onions); fire roasted tomato and white bean hummus (w/ lavash, marinated mushrooms & olives); vegan + gluten free chocolate cake. So fresh and delicious! Marked vegan items for breakfast + lunch 💚
4.
@devourcapecod : Korean bbq tofu with rice and veggies and an arnold palmer. Wholesome and tasty lunch!🌱
5.
@capecodbagel : Sesame bagel with hummus, avocado, and all the veggies. great bagel sandwich 🥯
6.
@thedailybrewcoffeehouse : Vegan wrap with housemade vegan patty, hummus, veggies, and an oat chai. Such a cute little coffee shop with a handful of vegan sandwiches! ☕️
7. +8+9.
@chapoquoitgrill : “john’s delicious” pizza: garlic + olive oil, caramelized onion, sub vegan cheese, arugula, tomatoes, and balsamic; “grill’s standard” salad (with greens from
@coonamessettfarm ); crispy fried artichokes (skip the aioli). The tomatoes on the pizza were so juicy and delicious! (sorry bad photo). I didn’t love the crust but I’m so glad they have vegan cheese available for all their pizzas 🍕
10.
@lazysundaesicecream : a scoop of vegan cookies and cream. At least two other vegan ice cream options available that are not just sorbet 🍦
11. Casa Vallarta: veggie burrito (no cheese no sour cream) with green salsa and rice and beans. I honestly didn’t love this (too bland for my taste and I’m not a fan of the frozen veggie mix used in the filling) but service is friendly and their chips and salsa and guac are good 🌯
If you are visiting the Cape this summer and looking for vegan recommendations, hit me up! I have lists!
