Het Hemelvaartweekend 2026 in de Gooi en de Vechtstreek barst van de uitjes. Van donderdag 14 tot en met zondag 17 mei staat onze regio op z'n kop met activiteiten in Hilversum, Naarden, Muiden, Weesp, Laren, Huizen, Baarn en 's-Graveland.
**Donderdag 14 mei** — Hemelpop op het Marktplein in Hilversum (gratis popfestival) en de Dauwtrap rond Fort Ossenmarkt in Weesp.
**Hele weekend** — Proef Pampus op Forteiland Pampus bij Muiden, vliegerpret en kasteelatelier bij het Muiderslot, en ZomerFair op Paleis Soestdijk in Baarn.
**Vrijdag 15 mei** — VroegZat in De Vorstin Hilversum.
**Zaterdag 16 mei** — Atelierroute Laren door de hele dorpskern
**Zondag 17 mei** — Wallenloop door Naarden-Vesting, Harleydag op de Wolfskamer in Huizen, Mozart Gran Partita op de Heuvellaan in Hilversum, Hilversum Actief op het Marktplein en OERRR Struinen met de boswachter in 's-Graveland en de LocalFoodMarkt aan de Oude Haven in Hilversum.

Ascension weekend 2026 in the Gooi & Vechtstreek is packed with things to do. From Thursday 14 to Sunday 17 May, the region around Hilversum, Naarden, Muiden, Weesp, Laren, Huizen, Baarn and 's-Graveland is buzzing with events.
**Thursday 14 May** — Hemelpop on the Marktplein in Hilversum (free pop festival) and the Dauwtrap walk around Fort Ossenmarkt in Weesp.
**All weekend** — Proef Pampus on Pampus Island near Muiden, kite fun and castle workshops at Muiderslot, and the ZomerFair at Palace Soestdijk in Baarn.
**Friday 15 May** — VroegZat at De Vorstin Hilversum.
**Saturday 16 May** — Laren Atelierroute through the village and the LocalFoodMarkt at Oude Haven Hilversum.

Het wordt een hele brute dag met 7 vette bands en meer 🤘😈🔥

Na @loyalty_ends_here@manasplagueofficial en @chaosunleashedband kondigen wij met trots de vierde band aan:
@mourn_death_metal
Deze jonge band is in 2024 opgericht in Sneek, al optredend als een skeleton crew.
Zij maken een mix van Death Metal en Atmospheric Doom 🔥
Aanschouwingen van leed vertalen zij naar old school riffs en mysterieuze atmosferen.
Ze zijn druk bezig met hun debuut album en deze zal binnenkort verschijnen.
En tijdens Dutch Metalheads Fest komen ze de boel verbouwen natuurlijk! 😈🔥
