Tonight’s Savoring Sinai was something truly special. Women gathering together to tap into the powerful energy of the upcoming holiday of Shavuot. Not experiencing Torah as just a religion, but as a relationship. A living, breathing connection. Through learning, meditation, meaningful conversation, the beautiful sounds of guitar, violin, and singing, and of course an unforgettable focaccia workshop by @elanagarf , there was such warmth, depth, laughter, and openness in the room. May we merit to reactivate our part of this beautiful relationship that Hashem offers to us.

Let’s remember that even when life’s journey doesn’t seem to make sense, G-d sees the full picture while we only see one small piece at a time. Let’s trust that every twist, delay, and detour is part of something bigger being painted with purpose.

After working with countless couples, one thing is always true; the ones who thrive aren’t the ones who never fight. They’re the ones who communicate with intention. And honestly? These are habits I’m still working on in my own marriage too. Growth doesn’t stop just because you’re the coach. Swipe to see the 5 habits I incorporate with every couple I work with, AND that my husband and I come back to again and again. Save this for the next time you and your partner need a reset. #HealthyRelationships #RelationshipGoals #CouplesCommunication #MarriageIsAJourney

Another Loaves of Love delivery for @shalvacenter by our sweet Daniella. So proud watching her learn that true happiness doesn’t come from what we get it comes from what we give. Each challah is kneaded, braided and baked with prayer, love and intention. Thank you for supporting this special cause!

I never knew I was a dog person… but judging by my camera roll, I may need to reconsider.

Six months later, we opened the letters we wrote to ourselves in Israel. Letters written from a place of such clarity, where we felt deeply connected and committed as Jews. When everything felt real, aligned, and we allowed ourselves to dream bigger than usual. And tonight we asked ourselves… Are we still there? Are we still thinking big? Are we still aligned with the version of ourselves who wrote those words? Are we still connected? Are we still committed? Because that clarity wasn’t meant to stay there. It was meant to come back with us and shape the way we live now. And we’re here to support each other as we stay on this journey!

Today, Lag BaOmer a day of powerful depth beneath its fire and joy. After learning and tapping into the deeper layers of the day, this is the blessing I’m holding onto and sharing: May today be a day we remember the power of uplifting the physical and use it for something Higher. A day we open our eyes to the depth of Torah and the gift we’ve been given. A day we choose to see the greatness and beauty in others, even in our differences. And a day we tap into resilience, the strength to rise again, even after hardship. A day we add more light, in ways both big and small. There’s so much more here than meets the eye.

On Wednesday 4/29 and Thursday 4/30, The Lev Experience, is running an online matching gift campaign. The funds raised in this campaign power the work that we do throughout the year. If you have gained from a class, a program, a podcast, or any of our content, please consider helping supporting our work so we can do more of it, and do an even better job, and reach even more people. You can contribute at Causematch.com/tle26. We are very grateful!!!

The theme of our campaign this year is: Building from the Heart. “Building from the Heart” captures everything that we strive for each day. Lev is about building people up so that they can reach their greatest potential. It is about building Jewish identity and connection. It is about building relationships, friendships, and community. Through our Torah classes, challah bakes, Shabbatons, Israel trips, holiday celebrations, teen and tween empowerment programs, personal coaching, and online content, something powerful is happening. But none of this happens on its own. What many people don’t realize is how much the impact of The Lev Experience depends on the generosity of people like you—people who believe in building a vibrant Jewish future and who understand that meaningful experiences don’t just happen… they are built. This is your opportunity to be part of something real. Something lasting. To help build a community that is grounded in connection, purpose, and heart. Please donate today. Together, we can continue to grow, inspire, and create meaningful Jewish experiences for thousands of individuals every single day. Every donation matters. Every person matters.

Still your heart. Find your focus. Every Tuesday morning, before we open our book to learn, we open something deeper. We say Tehillim. We take a moment to turn upward, just to pause, to connect, to begin with prayer. A quiet moment that reminds us where our strength truly comes from.
