The CI Noserider came from countless hours spent with Wayne Rich: a true master in every sense. You’d be hard-pressed to find someone with deeper experience and understanding of what goes into building a world-class surfboard, and I’m incredibly grateful he chose to share that knowledge with us. Thanks,
@waynerichsurfboards , for your generosity, guidance, and for bringing me and the crew along in the process.
After wrapping up the CI Log collaboration with Wayne, we went straight back to work chasing its natural counterpart—a dedicated noserider to pair with that pocket-rocket log I still love to this day. The result is a flawless-looking beauty that helps you easily maximize time on the nose while still performing off the tail. Every curve and contour reflects a high level of experience that simply can’t be rushed or faked.
Rounding out this collaboration Wayne worked with
@true_ames to create the CI Noserider fin that was R&D tested on this Noserider board design — I’ve been told by many it also goes great in their noserider boards from other shapers.
If you’re curious to check one out, come by Camp Shred in Cardiff this weekend. I’ll be there with a full lineup of Noserider and Log demos, including my personals. In fact, we will also have plenty of Mids, m23s and our other shortboards like the Mikey Shorty and our soon to be released step down the Solution. See you there.
