Three races, three chances executed, three podiums. An honour to be out cutting laps with some of the best hybrid athletes in the country. Learnt a lot and now it’s back into the gym to target some weaknesses. Kudos to everyone that showed up whether your time was 40 mins or 4 hours the achievement is just showing up.

Pro debut with the brother @dylanmenzies_mt , 5th place AG. We came out swinging with something to prove. Not bad for two runners who trained together maybe three times before this race 😵💫. All eyes on the next, sub 60 we coming
Swapped beers for burpees for crate day this year still felt like I had been hit by a fridge the next day.
