Did not know what I was getting myself into. Signed up for a Deka competition the day before the event. I wanted to challenge myself to a new type of fitness. Let me just say I got SCHOOLED LMAO 🤣 Finished the Deka Fit in 50min. Major respect to the pro hybrid athletes. Excited to add new tools to the program and get 1% better each day ! 💯
