Five years ago, I was postpartum looking for purpose and find myself again. I fell in love with intuition and healing, growing a craft, making connections. If you told me I would be apart of something that helps people, I would probably laugh at you.
Today was a dream I have dreamed since I became a mother myself- I’m still on cloud nine after hosting the first in-person Reiki for Moms event with @devinealignment focusing on nurturing amazing moms like YOU!
I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the beautiful souls who joined me, sharing their energy, love, and vulnerability. Your presence meant the world! Special shout out to @torysjovall for dropping her Astro knowledge to help us understand ourselves and our children a little bit easier too!
And, as if that wasn’t enough, today also marked the birth of a new Gen Z Gone Mild, which was an incredible success! I’m humbled by the opportunity to serve and support this younger generation.

🌟 What an incredible evening we had on February 18th with our Surround Sound Healing event! Participants experienced divine lymphatic activation, soothing massage while in yoga poses, and so much more. It was truly a night of movement and connection for everyone who attended! 🧘♀️💖
This event was a dream I manifested into reality, reminding us that we can create anything we desire. My vision is to cultivate a commUNITY built out of love, designed to be a safe haven for all. ✨
Alongside the healing practices, we engaged in breath work that facilitated deep connections among participants. It was beautiful to witness the bonds formed in such a nurturing environment.
A heartfelt thank you to Angel from the VFW for opening up this lovely space for us. Your kindness and generosity are so appreciated! As a war veteran, you give back to our community in countless ways without ever seeking recognition. You are a true hero! 🇺🇸
