2024 has been a transformative year.
After crucial conversations with the right primary care doctor, and some long overdue introspection, what I started in late 2023 really kicked off over the last 12 months. I have finally, permanently flipped the right switches in my head and started taking way better care of myself.
It's incredible, but not unexpected, what losing 105 pounds, fixing your teeth, and starting a new skincare routine can do for your mental health.
Thankful for the changes, thankful for the support offline from family, and from friends new and old, and thankful for the gym.
Happy Holidays, folks. And if you ever need to have those kinds of difficult conversations with someone, I'm definitely your guy now. â¤ī¸đ
First tattoo is in the bag! Spent Saturday afternoon at @estatetattoo with @roguecheddar and @billyshibley , got four tattoos between the three of us. Picked up a @playdateforfun this week, pretty cool and cute little handheld. Materials feel great in the hand and the display is gorgeous! Having some fun with Faraway Fairway and Casual Birder so far. âŗđĻââŦ
