Although I documented my healing on here & YouTube, I never explained exactly what was going on with my body because to be honest, it took so long to figure it out. After a year and a half of living with TSW, I’m so proud of where I’ve got to. This has been one of the scariest chapters of my life, and I can’t even explain what it’s like. Being surrounded by threats to your health 24/7 is one of the most terrifying things, and a trauma I’m so blessed to say I’m slowly healing from & working through. Although I’ve not overcome this yet, I’m making progress that I’m so proud of. This condition is 100% avoidable, so if you or anyone you know is using ANY form of steroid cream (even 1% hydrocortisone that you don’t need a prescription for), let this be your sign to put it in the bin and never look back.
