We are thrilled to announce a very special wine club. It has been one whole year since our first public event and so to celebrate we put together something extra special!
Join us on the 25th of May at @humblehangout_stleonards for an evening of grower champagne and rare traditional method sparkling wines, accompanied by some perfect Mexican food pairings and sides by @devilskitchen666

Try making MOLLETES. If youāre making them simple, we love thick bread of your choice, refried beans spread on, a small knob of butter, sliced tasty cheese. Slam that in the oven until the cheese melts, finishing off under the grill jf you like it browned. Then slide onto a plate and top with an abundance of PICO DE GALLO: tomatoes, onions, coriander, lime juice, salt, chilliesssss, avocado mixed up - oh and we like to put a couple of cloves of garlic.
