Unfortunately we're going to be closed this Wednesday, as we're still cleaning up the mess. Plus Terrace Dr is still closed which makes access difficult.

Check out these beauties. They're like little pies, right? That's what we thought, so we made chicken pot pie inspired pierogi - loaded with of course ) braised chicken and rosemary, leek, and vegetable gravy. We serve this with a side of creamy fresh herb dipping sauce. We think such homey, classic flavors will pair splendidly with our classic Spider Silk imperial blonde ale.

Oooo Mami that's some umami! Today's pierogi of the day is loaded with a gourmet mushroom blend, cabbage, and scrambled eggs cooked in a way loosely based on Chinese Mu Shu. We whipped up a house sweet plum hoisin sauce to go with it and it pairs perfectly with Truck Wreck doppelbock.
Hey it's the only Monday we're open all year, so why not mix it up for a change?
We're open from noon to 10. Food truck is open at 4 and will be ready to sling special Butter Chicken pierogi along with a house made Raita (yogurt, cucumber, herbs, and spices)
